Son Excellence Antoinette Batumbwira
Antoinette at the UNMrs Antoinette Batumbwira was born in Burundi in 1956. She's been the
Minister of External Relations since 2005 and seems really really effective.
From the research I've done about her, I gather that in part because of her great diplomatic skills Burundi entertains great relationship w/its African close neighbours such as Tanzania, Rwanda,Uganda and Kenya -they actually organized themselves in the East African Community.
From the external relations I gather that Burundi also entertains fruitful relationships w/England, Japan and Belgium (which granted mucha dinero to Burundi)
The UK as well assisted Antoinette's country w/10 million in UK currency for humanitarian needs.
Some of the $$ that the gov'of Burundi was able to get would be used towards construction (roads), humanitarian, education....
Anywhoo I thought interesting to see 1 51 year old fabulafricana woman dealing w/a lot of grace w/politics sharks. She has to have a lot of poise and great communication skills...
