TIME TO GET HEALTHY!DAY 3.....

Hey guys, I miss you:uuuuuuu)
So much to write and share with y'all but have some technical issues with my computer, I'm hoping that it will be solved tomorow so I'll be able to write more articles..:)

But in the meantime, I wanted to share my inspiration miss Jennifer Hudson. Not only is she a very strong and courageous woman who had to face the death of her mother, brother and nephew and she did with so much grace and faith. After becoming a mother, she decided that it was time for her to take care of her health and body she joined weight watchers and now she looks and feels so healthy...

I've started a few days ago a 60 days cleansing/workout/healthy eating plan.
It consists of eating healthy and to hit the gym as much as I can, but not only that focus and "hear" my body out. Today is day 3 and I have to say that it was so much fun, I was so grateful for my body capacity to endure physical pain lol... Back in the day, I couldn't run for 15 minutes on the treadmil, and today I ran for an entire hour..for me that was a total exploit I felt like I was conquering the world lol...

Anywhoo so I don't know if like me you feel like you have to take care of yourself, you feel like the way you feel on the inside is not how you feel you should feel. Are you tired of feeling tired? Do you want to see what's beyond the weight? If yes I invite you to share how you are attaining your health/goals.

On my blog, I'll share more on my health journey daily, the food I'm learning to enjoy because of their health benefits ect...

I'm also going to run for the Dakar Elles Marathon, I'll share more about that tomorow, for those of you who live in Dakar or will be visiting during the Dak'Art Festival..this could be something fun to do..I'll share tomorrow:)

But in the meantime let's get healthy:)
