It may sound vain, but I wish there were more pics available of this
courageous and strong woman. She got married at the young age of 16 years old and moved to DC against her parent's will. Did the usual, got children but while working as a receptionist for the World Bank she studied at George Wash'and got her MBA.
When her father got sick and her marriage was crumbling, her children older, she opted 2 move back and take care of the family. There, a lot of opportunties of growth were awating, it wasn't easy for her to get some respect and some people believing in her dream to open 1 private bank and set up branches in rural areas..but she did it..!!
And..today there are at least 24 branches...most equipped w/computers ect...
On top of that as of 2006 Brutwaitdawit was appointed as Country Representative for Ethiopia w/ACDI/VOCA ...
