My mother:
for being a believer, wife, mother, business owner , for being one of the first African Female CPAS (expert comptable) in West Africa , for working hard and still taking the time to raise my sibblings and I ....For being a woman in her early 60's still doing her thang with her practice and not looking her age, for having the strength to smile after having gone a lot of turmoil...just a "Better African Woman"

just one of my favorite African public figures out there, I believeeeeee in her authenticity, I love her spirit , I love her energy, she challenges me to challenge myself, to rise up to the occasion, to keep up with life and aspirations, to smile, to laugh at life challenges, to be great professionaly, I don' think we realize how much it takes to be a great entertainer, the travels, the change of daily tempo....she's def my sheroe

She's Black American , she's a folk/gospel/jazz singer so wiseeeee , she's still in her twenties but the grace this woman has is humbling...I love her spirit, her soothing spirit and voice, when I'm feeling low or lost I always turn to her music ..I've had the chance to see her in concert twice and each time I was amazed.
She makes me want to become a better woman, because she's patient and real with life, that combination is rare, she chose to live her life with truth and authenticity hard choice ....

That's an interesting concept. While there are many achievers in this world, I would sya thta my sheroe is the ordinary African woman. The one no one notices but who sacrifices everything for her family. The one who bears the difficult husband but still seek to pleas ehim. The one who, depsite scarce resources, puts her children first and attempts to give them the best possible life. The one who works days and nights to make ends meet. The one who depsite the blows of life remains submitted to her Lord and keeps that smile on her face.

I would say my sheroes are my mother and sisters. We know how to band together in tough times and as a whole we are formidable. Their strength together and individually is amazing.
