She may look like a very quiet and reserved person w/her beautiful face and
black as night curls but Yasmina Badou is 1 force of nature..she's determined political activist w/action (et oui..that makes a great difference) who made it part of her political mission to instaure new reforms that would
protect minorities..blame it on her lawyer formation, but Yasmina created reforms that protect children- thus preventing unreasonable peeps to make little girs work as maids ..it may seem like ok... big deal.. but yeah in Marocco it's 1 huge problem.
-the equal right to divorce for both women & men
-she has also worked on a campaign that would encourage women to apply themselves in men oriented fields...such as health & education
-she's also worked hard to bring attention to domestic violence -try to change conventional Maroccan view on this injustice.
Bref..I was impressed by this 48 year old married mummy of 3...
This may be a bit old, but here's some of her plan of action 05/06:(great)
Djaa my Maroccan women are more fiyaa :)
Eyee Wayeee:)
