Yeahhhh..Yeahh (I'm challenging Usher now...lol) my people couple of projects starting us African people or centering around us have been nominated to the Oscars which will be broadcasted on Sunday February the 25th 2007 at 8:PM.
The ever-so mochafabulous Djimon Hounsou hailing from Benin has been nominated for best supporting actor for the movie Blood Diamond (that I have yet 2 see ...shame on me right!)
Forrest Whitaker has also been nominated for best actor for his role in the movie Idi Ami(greaatttt piece)

Oh and the surprise of it all..u guys remenber me talking about the movie "Days of Glory" with the North African actors ..well it's been nominated as well for Best Foreign Movie
