For those of you who spea
k french, a great mag' that I recomend to you all is AM "Afrique Magazine"....it's a monthly mag' full of pertinent info , great interviews really a breath of fresh air....anywhoo AM chose its 2007 African people of the year and among them I chose to talk to you about Dr.Adama Ly who is greatly and intelligently fighting agaisnt cancer.
He had the marvelous idea to interview 136 researchers, oncologists, epidemiologists, psychologists ect...to study, analyse the risks, the progression , the drugs availibility, the mortality of this disease that we all know Africa has to to get ready for ...as we all know cancer is a deadly illness ...unfortunatly our people are not often well informed about it...
The book is called "About Cancer" and has been published the French National Institute of Cancer....so people get informed, spread the word around you......
