Congrats to Ghana for being the first African Team under 20 years old to win the World Cup,any World Cup as a matter of fact.

This is the first time in a long time that the Cup is not won by a South American country.

They won against Brazil, Agyemang Badu scored the decisive goal resuming the final score to 4-3

Here's what the team captain Andre Aye had to say about their victory:

" I'd collected the trophy for the team at the African U-20 tournament, but tonight it felt extra special. We fought like dogs to win it, but we're world champions and all the tiredness goes away when you climb those steps to collect the gold medal. To be the first African country to win this cup is absolutely fabulous."

As you can imagine our people were supe uber happy and who can blame them?

Congratulations to them for showing the entire world that we African cannot be counted out, we are talented and determined:)
