Coco Fathi in the new PMatchA man who can COOK & is FINE..what more should we ask for ladies??
Chef Coco Fathi is a beautifull mix of belgian and burundese origins..
Like they always say the apple don't fall far from the tree...and it's from his mother a great chef herself that Coco takes his love and expertise in gourmet "made in Africa" 5***** meals stylo...
He takes great pride in saying that he takes his inspiration from his various stay in Africa (Senegal, Ivoiry Coast, Congo Tanzania)
In fact his goal is 2 prove to the world that African Cuisine can be CHIC & REFINED.....
I'm sure that his clients at the famous restaurant in Jo'Burg "Sel & Poivre" received and still receive the message appetizingly (if there's such a word)
Not convinced..well check out his recipes in his cookbook called :"To the Banqueting House" that he co-wrote w/another chef , Anna Trapido..
