It's always a pleasure to see an African sista doing what she loves and getting paid for it:)
Asia was born in Lybia where she lived with her family until the age of 8 years old, they later on moved to Scotland .
As you can easily imagined coming from a conservative Islamic environment to a liberal word didnt' come without its share of daily challenges
Added to it she was poorly treated at school by local kids who found her different , the only thing that Asia found that gave her comfort and confidence with her peers was her talent for drawing ..Thus started the manga voyage for this young lady:)
Today this 25 years old young lady is quite famous within the Manga industry, she has published 3 series among them "the non sawy nom commuter" which recounts her personal journey:)
