Yes she did it, she did it !! 27 years old Kenyan sista, Josephine Owino is the first Kenyan woman to play in the WNBA history go gal:) The 6ft 3 sista is currently playing for the Indiana Fever team wearing # 51.
The former Mombassa High school MVP also played for the Washington Mystics before being drafted to the Indiana Fever team. She was nominated for the years 2008& 2009 as NAIA's player of the year.
